2. Front Side Holographic Film

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom acrylic standees?
We offer a low MOQ policy to support both startup merch creators and large corporate buyers. You can order small sample batches for quality testing before committing to large wholesale production runs.
What file formats and artwork specs do you require for custom printing?
We recommend submitting high-resolution vector graphics in AI, PSD, or PDF format. If using raster PNG images, ensure a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. Please provide separate artwork layers for the front/back design, white ink backing layer, and cut-line contours.
What is the difference between single-sided and double-sided acrylic printing?
We specialize in double-sided sandwich layer printing, where the artwork is printed on the inner layers of two acrylic sheets. This seals the ink completely inside, making it 100% scratch-resistant, waterproof, and visually stunning from both front and back views.
How do you protect acrylic standees from scratching during transit?
Every custom acrylic standee and base is covered with a peel-off protective film on both sides to prevent surface scratches and dust accumulation during CNC cutting and international transit. They are then individually packed in OPP bags and anti-drop bubble wrapping.
What is the average lead time for sample proofing and bulk manufacturing?
Digital 1:1 layout proofs are generated within 24 hours. Physical sample production typically takes 2–3 business days. Mass production for wholesale orders generally requires 7–12 business days, followed by worldwide air express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) in 3–5 days.
