We offer three production methods depending on your artwork: Screen Printing is the most economical choice for 1–3 solid Pantone spot colors on volume orders. Heat Transfer Printing delivers crisp registration for intricate gradients and multi-color emblems. Dye Sublimation allows full-bleed, edge-to-edge full-color graphics on white polyester panels with zero ink hand-feel.
Yes. While our standard sizing is 34 cm × 42 cm, we provide full OEM bespoke sizing. You can also specify drawstring cord diameter (e.g., 5mm to 8mm), Pantone color-matched cords, zippered security pockets, mesh side panels, earphone pass-through ports, and reflective high-visibility safety bands.
Standard polyester bags run the risk of drawstring seam pull-outs under weighted tension. By adding double-layered PU leather triangular corner patches combined with anti-rust metal grommets, the pull force is distributed across a broader surface, increasing bag payload capacity up to 10–15 kg without stitch fraying.
We accept vector artwork files in AI, PDF, EPS, or SVG formats with all fonts outlined and colors converted to Pantone (PMS) references. For digital photo prints or high-definition transfers, raster graphics (PSD, PNG, TIFF) must be provided at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI at 1:1 scale.
Our standard wholesale MOQ starts at 500 units for stock-colored fabrics and 1,000 units for custom-dyed fabrics.
