All custom graphics are produced using full-bleed 210°C Dye-Sublimation Heat Transfer Printing. The ink penetrates deep into the polyester fibers under high heat and pressure, guaranteeing zero peeling, flaking, or cracking, with vivid dual-sided penetration even during extended direct sun exposure.
Handheld flagpoles (standard 30cm) are built from shatter-resistant lightweight solid/hollow PP with polished safety golden finial ball tops. Car window flagpoles (43cm & 51cm versions) utilize reinforced, high-flexibility ABS brackets with integrated anti-slip silicone tension clips that firmly seat into rolling vehicle windows without scratching glass.
Yes. Our standard 43cm vehicle flag is rated for speeds up to 80 km/h (50 mph), while our 51cm reinforced flagship model is certified for highway cruising up to 120 km/h (75 mph). Double-stitched hems along perimeter edges eliminate wind-fraying during heavy highway gusts and rainstorms.
We supply two configurations based on your needs:
- Single-Reverse (Standard): The design is printed on the front, offering ~90% mirror bleed-through visibility on the reverse side. Ultra-lightweight and flies easily.
- Double-Sided 3-Layer (Premium): Two printed fabric sides sewn together with a dense silver blockout fabric between them, ensuring zero image bleed and correct reading from both sides.

We recommend vector artwork files in AI, EPS, SVG, or high-res PDF format with all fonts converted to outlines. For raster imagery (PSD, TIFF, PNG), maintain a minimum of 150 DPI at 1:1 scale (300 DPI preferred for handheld flags). Color spaces should be set to CMYK or designated with exact Pantone Solid Coated (PMS) codes.
Digital 2D layout proofs are returned within 2 to 4 hours. Standard sample prototyping takes 24 hours. Bulk production runs (500–10,000 units) typically complete in 3 to 5 business days, supported by direct express air or sea freight forwarding.
All dye-sublimated flags are machine washable on a gentle cold cycle (below 30°C / 85°F) using mild detergent. Air dry naturally away from excessive direct heat. If ironing out fold wrinkles, use low synthetic steam temperatures on the non-printed reverse or place a thin pressing cloth over the print.
