Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes, we offer samples for all custom gifts orders. This allows you to verify the dimensions, structure, and gifts quality before proceeding with full production. To request a sample, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team. We’ll be happy to assist you.
What custom options and materials do you offer for covers and inner
A: We offer comprehensive OEM/ODM customization services to match your brand identity:
Cover Materials: Premium change-color PU leather, fabric/linen, genuine leather, hardboard hardcover, softbound paper, and eco-friendly recycled paper.
Cover Branding: Debossing/embossing, foil stamping (gold, silver, black, rose gold), spot UV, laser engraving, and full-color digital printing.
Inner Pages: 70g / 80g / 100g / 120g acid-free wood-free paper (fountain pen friendly) in ivory or cream. Layout options include lined, blank, grid, dotted, or fully customized layouts (such as adding company intro inserts or printing your logo on every page footer).
Can we get a sample before placing a bulk order? What are the sample costs and lead times?
A: Yes, we highly recommend sampling to ensure the quality. We provide two options:
Existing Samples (Free): We provide random physical samples from our previous production runs for quality and material reference free of charge. You only need to cover the shipping cost.
Custom Pre-production Sample (Charged): We create a precise sample according to your specific design. The sample fee is approximately $X – $X depending on the complexity. The sample lead time is 5–7 working days. Note: The custom sample fee is fully refundable once the bulk order meets our specified quantity.
What is the standard lead time for mass production?
A: The standard production turnaround time depends on the order volume and complexity. It is calculated from the day the digital proof is approved and the deposit is received:
Standard Customization (In-stock materials + Logo): 7–15 working days.
Deep Customization (Bespoke sizes, complex inner pages, unique accessories): 20–30 working days.
Note: During peak corporate gifting seasons (Q4 and pre-New Year), we highly recommend placing orders 1–2 months in advance to secure production slots.
What are your payment terms for wholesale orders?
A: We follow standard B2B international trade payment terms:
Deposit: 30% – 50% advance payment required to confirm the order and initiate raw material sourcing.
Balance: Remaining balance paid before shipment. We will provide high-resolution photos, mass production videos, or facilitate third-party inspection (such as SGS) before you clear the final balance.
Accepted Methods: T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), L/C, Western Union, and secure online platform payments.
How is the shipping handled, and what is your policy on defective items?
Packaging & Shipping: All notebooks are packed in individual protective OPP/shrink-wrap bags and loaded into heavy-duty, 5-layer corrugated export cartons. We support various shipping terms including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP (door-to-door delivery) via sea, air, or express courier.
Quality Guarantee: All products undergo rigorous QC inspections during and after production. If you discover any manufacturing defects (e.g., binding defects, severe printing misalignments, or major stains) within 7 days of receiving the cargo, please provide photos or videos. We will take full responsibility and offer a free replacement, partial refund, or credit on your next order.
