We use a professional “Sandwich” printing technique. Your CMYK artwork and white ink base are safely sealed inside, while the front can be upgraded with stunning surface effects.

A domed, crystal-clear resin layer on the surface. Provides a premium, rounded tactile feel and extra scratch protection. Can be infused with glitter.
2. Front Side Holographic Film
Make your designs pop under changing light. We offer various holographic overlays like Broken Glass, Starry, or Prism patterns applied beneath the top acrylic layer.
3. The Standard Sandwich Layer
Even without upgrades, our standard process involves:

Every custom acrylic charm is covered with a peel-off protective film on both sides to prevent surface scratches, scuffs, and fingerprint marks during production and express shipping. Charms are individually packed in OPP bags before cartoon export packaging.

Digital 1:1 print proofs with hole placement previews are generated within 24 hours. Physical sample production takes 2–3 business days. Wholesale bulk manufacturing generally requires 7–10 business days, followed by worldwide express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS) in 3–5 days.
